Service desk agent with Chinese (Cantonese)


  • Chinese (Cantonese) language level C1,
  • English language B2 level,
  • Excellent customer and communication skills,
  • Readiness to work on shifts (24/7),
  • Readiness to work on a daily routine as well as quickly adjusting to incoming tasks. Would be an asset:
  • Technical competencies in the print service area.
  • Previous experience with L1/L2 remote support including: troubleshooting, diagnosis, resolution, software deployment.
  • Your main responsibilities:
  • Provide remote L2 Global Support 24/7 to end users,
  • Troubleshooting and relating resolution procedures to non-technical end- users,
  • Knowledge base maintenance,
  • Print Queue Management,
  • Deployment of firmware and SafeCom software,
  • SafeCom account maintenance,
  • Driver Software Distribution,
  • Early Warning Health Checks,
  • Toner queries,
  • Engineer liaison,
  • Parts ordering,
  • Maintenance of fleet asset inventory,
  • Advanced diagnostics, transfer to L3.
